Photo Expedition Norway is a joint venture between the pro-photo services company Foks Studio & Gallery in Sandefjord, Norway (www.foks.no) and Norway's #1 travel portal Norway Direct.
Photo Expedition Norway offers photography expeditions set amongst some of Norway's most stunning scenery with superb locations for nature, landscape, wildlife and portrait photographers.
We offer two location options – one in southern Norway and another in western Norway. The locations offer various scenery, including some of the country's most spectacular fjords, mountains, rivers, valleys and tumbling waterfalls.
Both locations provide dramatic backdrops for photographers who wish to expand their skills and their portfolio. Photographers will visit different locations during the 5-night / 4-day expedition, which will provide opportunities for interesting contrasts to image compositions.
Technical assistance
Our expeditions are suitable for all levels of experience, and our on-site photographers are available to provide advice if required. Whether you are an experienced photographer or a beginner to DSLR photography, the expedition will provide the opportunity to improve technical, creative and post-production knowledge.
The evenings comprise of digital editing techniques using images taken during the day, and our editors work with Apple Mac, Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
Photo Expedition Norway is sponsored by Epson Europe and we have the latest hi-resolution Epson printers in-situ on all expeditions. Each photographer will have the opportunity to edit and print two (2) images each day. Photographers will therefore take home a complete high-quality expedition portfolio.
