Ski Holidays in Norway
Ski NorwayNorway has the kind of snow reports that turn its Southern European counterparts green with envy. Yet guaranteed snow from November to May isn't all you can look forward to.

Norway is a land of genuine breathtaking beauty. Majestic fjords, frozen lakes and gently rounded mountains make for a setting which verges on fairytale idyllic.

Skiing for Everyone

Resort facilities and equipment hire are nothing short of excellent in Norway, and tuition with friendly, English speaking instructors for adults and children of all ages is available almost everywhere.

In many destinations, children get free lift passes, and often free helmets too. Children have their own areas on slopes and ski resorts provide creches and nannies.

On or Off Piste

Business may be booming for Norwegian ski resorts, but there is still plenty of space for everyone – nice, wide slopes and excellent lift capacity makes learning to ski a stress-free experience.
Off-piste there's plenty to keep the whole family entertained. Norway's apres ski takes some beating and after a hard day on the slopes you won't be short of places to eat or drink. Then there's the dog sledding, toboganning, or ice fishing, to name but a few of the activities on offer.

Alternatively many of Norway's ski resorts are perfectly positioned should you fancy a day trip to the magnificent fjords, or perhaps a spot of culture and shopping in Oslo or Bergen.
And after a day in all that fresh air, why not round the evening off with a trip to the sauna or simply relax in front of the fireplace? Whatever your fancy, a winter holiday in Norway will put a smile on your face.
